Instructions

  1. Turn your oven on to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan so the bread doesn’t stick.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a different large bowl, beat the brown sugar and butter with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
  4. Put the eggs and mashed bananas into the sugar and butter mix. Stir until everything is mixed well.
  5. Slowly add the banana mixture to the flour mixture. Stir gently until just combined, don’t overmix.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Put the pan in the oven and bake for around 60 minutes. It’s ready when a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean.
  8. Let the bread sit in the pan for 10 minutes. Then take it out and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
